Scratch 2.0 Offline Editor is considered dangerous by avast.

It says the file might be dangerous.
It has been submitted at the Avast Virus Lab.
It cannot be installed even without the virus protection.

Does it give you an option to install it? Does it not give you an option and it can't be installed no matter what?

The problem is fixed. The Avast CyberCapture (Avast Lab) said it was clean.

I realize that the file I downloaded isn't the normal file size, so it cannot be installed. I download the installer again few times and it worked out.

Sorry for stupid problem.
