how do i change my language settings?

Scroll to the bottom of the page. There, you can see a bar that says English. Click it, then select your native language from there.

At the bottom of each page, in the grey area (the top of it says About, Community, Support, Legal, and Scratch Family), under the large series of links, is a dropdown menu that says English.

Click on it, and select one of the languages. Through a quick look at the offered languages, they provide quite a bit.

Thanks for reading,
Austinato

I don't know if they are missing any, but I'm sure they might miss a few.

Go to the top right corner of the page. Go to account settings. Change your country; maybe default language is based off of country. (But what they said sounds like a better idea, so try that first.)

I don't think your country affects your default language, you have to change it yourself the way everyone else explained. It might though; I've never set my country to a non-English speaking one.

PS: You don't have to add the little “I'm a grammar Nazi” bit every time you post, just go to the discussion home page, scroll to the bottom, and click “change signature.”
