The only Microsoft drivers are two different versions of XPS Document Writer and Remote Desktop Easy Printer. I do not want to try these as these are software devices drivers. Should I try a generic driver? (in the generic section)

I think I found the driver you were talking about in the Generic section. Is it Microsoft Colour Printer or Microsoft Image Setter?
