Why does the the languages (except English) are not correct? Example: Portuguese (Brazil) is totally similar to Portuguese (Portugal). Answer this question and this other: Do you use Google Translator to translate the pages?

No, they are user contributed translations. They may be imperfect. If you have better translations to offer, see How to Translate Scratch.

Yep, you are correct, though half of the user contributions are taken from Google translate because they don't even know the language. I went through the suggestions on the MIT translate website and they are saying the same thing as Google translates says, showing that they are using Goggle translate.

Google Translate sucks. I wrote a paragraph, it was horrible.
