What are the Scratch Mascots Supposed to Be?

I know what Scratch Cat is supposed to be… A cat, of course.

But what about Giga, Pico, Tera, Gobo, and Nano? What are they supposed to be?

They are not based on any animal, they're just and original design made by the MIT workers

That's just where the name came from.

Besides scratch cat, the above answer is correct. They aren't supposed to be anything.
