Blur effect

Like the other effects, pixel and other. But add a blur so you can blur objects.

This was removed from Scratch in Scratch 1.2 along with saturation and pointillize, but what if it will be in Scratch 3.0?

I believe saturation is going to be present in Scratch 3.0

Support. I believe it got removed because when Scratch first came out, the programming language used in 1.x wasn't that efficient and also computers couldn't handle it. Technology has evolved, and Scratch 3.0 is going to use HTML (or was it Javascript?) so, this would work.

Number 1000: the first time you see this copy and paste it on top of your sig in the scratch forums and decrease the number by 1, and add your username to the end of the number, but only if there wasn't a username already there! Comment on the user who you found this from's profile saying that you continued the experiment. Social experiment started by dude341, based on “generation social experiment” trend.

Both, technically, but mainly JS since you can't script much with HTML.

You know what also could be used for ***? Black rectangles. Rectangles of any color. Any geometry. Because it could be used for something bad doesn't mean it's bad.

Support (again, I forgot reasoning) ]

You could use this for home scenes. I like to have a play button with the game in the background, but blurred so there is more focus on the buttons in the menu.

set [ blur v] effect to (0)

change [ blur v] effect by (25)
