I don't actually know where to put this topic but I recently got a banner off of an order although when I try to upload it to CubeUpload it says wrong file type! Also its an unknown file type. I saved it of a project and its rectangle shaped. I cant even open it!

Maybe the system doesn't recognize the file type. Try uploading to a scratch project first.

If it's an SVG image, convert it to a bitmap image (such as PNG, which is totally recommended).
