I am currently re-creating FNAF Sister Location, And know how to code the whole thing, and have already implemented some sounds, however, I CANNOT seem to figure out how to get the voice acting sounds.

I need the sounds in the game when the “computer-voice” is talking to you.

( The AI, that says your name is Benedict, and tells you what to do in the game. )

You-Tubers have already posted videos of game play, that INCLUDE the sounds, But I'm not sure how to extract them from the middle of a video.

Just be careful that you are not violating any copyrights by doing this. I am not sure whether it is legal or not to download audio off of YouTube and reproduce it publicly.
