When I become a Scratcher, what responsibilities, as well as permissions, do I gain?

I have just decided to be Scratcher. And I'm quite curious as of what is different from being a Scratcher being a Non-Scratcher.

The one that I enjoy the most is that you get to use cloud variables. You also have to wait only 1 minute between forum posts, instead of 2, you can edit your forum posts, and you can close your own forum topics after 24 hours. Finally, you don't have to wait 30 seconds between comments, and you can post links to non-Scratch sites.
