MP: Star Rush is the latest Mario Party title developed by ND Cube. And while most people didn't enjoy the non-Hudson games before, some stating that Mario Party is “dead” and “going downhill”, this one does seem to be the saving grace of the series.

For me, Mario Party 9 and 10 were okay. The car mechanic didn't amuse me too much but it wasn't the absolute worst decision Nintendo could ever make. On the other hand, Island Tour was painfully boring in my opinion, so much so that I got a headache after the first 10 minutes of gameplay.

Star Rush is actually and surprisingly good. Not even good, but actually great and passable by the original Mario Party standards. I recommend checking it out and giving it a shot if you haven't already.

I should probably review that game in my… Well, review topic, because it would be a missed opportunity not to. I don't want to type up 10 paragraphs of rant on a thread that I'm guessing won't be popular.

On-topic, though, Coinathlon can get seriously frustrating! Opponents always seem to use their items on me at the worst possible moments!
