Should i report a corbon copy remixer?
Hi,
I have found someone who seems to only remix, and doesn't change hardly anything.
This is the remix system abused. They are new, and rather than use scratch as intended, they take the easy, well protected route of just remixing.
This hurts both the original creator, and it does nothing but promote laziness to the remixers.
I need to know before i do anything.
Regards,
CAA14

I think that it would be better if the projects were reported rather than that user.
If you are sure that the remixer changed absolutely nothing, or just deleted a few sprites or turned on the timer without adding any scripts or changed any costumes, then you should report the project.

If a user copies a project without remixing and making any changes then this is not allowed. See the wiki article at http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Project_Copying

Should i report a corbon copy remixer?
I'd say report the projects… That was what the instructions on the “report this user” form said. Thanks for the response,
I am more talking about a user who habitually is carbon copying projects, should i report them?

A project that is just a copy is considered inappropriate - after all, they get removed when reported. If this account has been used to make mean or inappropriate comments or projects, click report on the comment or project to let us know.

Tough call. I'd say don't report the user unless all of their projects are carbon copies, because else wise there are other projects that they have made and it'd be punishing that work in a way. That, and when a project is removed, the user will get a message, so either way they'll get notified. Thanks for the response,

I guess I'll just go through and report 11+ copies… LoL.

Also, it seems like the new moderators aren't removing copies, as I've had several of mine that they haven't removed, and i reported them like a month ago.
