What we know for sure:

This animated series won't have any voice actors for characters, as nobody on here will not pull off the most accurate voice impression of The Doctor or The Master in the series. What the characters are saying will be text-based instead.

This will be made on Scratch. Yes, there are some better, smoother alternatives made for selectively animating/drawing, but Scratch is a convenient source for making an animated series. We don't want to convert all of those frames from another animation program into one project.

What we don't know for sure.

The story is a pretty unsure part of what we don't know. I don't even know the name yet, so it's time for a brainstorming team in this forum. It might be about The Master's daughter meeting some new people. I really don't know.

Bitmap or Vector? There are a lot of famous animated series that use Vector on here, and vector makes everything look shiny and great. But i'm not that experienced in vector, and bitmap is what i'm good at, also the fact that i'm planning to do the animations. But bitmap isn't as smooth as vector. To me, I feel like doing a mix of vector and bitmap. I might change plans in the end, though.

How will our soundtrack production be like? It would be great if we used the Doctor Who soundtracks, but it would be better if somebody could produce the soundtracks for us. To do this, the person would have to compose the soundtrack in terms of pace, character, personality for each scene. If anybody could do that the soundtrack that would be excellent!

Whovians only. You have to have knowledge of seasons 8-9 of Doctor Who. You don't necessarily have to watch the episodes, but just know what has been going on between those seasons, since this will rely on where the timeline is going right now.

Soundtrack Producer:

A soundtrack producer goes by it's name. A Scratcher composes the music for this animated series. A leader will be picked for this one.

Requirements for Soundtrack Producer:
A music editing program (where you can make it available to play on Scratch)
Good digital music skills. (I don't think anybody on here has a huge orchestra that can play music xD)
An example of your music. We want music similar to the music on Doctor Who.
Amount of soundtrack producers allowed: 1-3.

Soundtrack Producers on our development team: None yet.

Brainstormer:

A brainstormer comes up with ideas for us to discuss about how this animated series will work. They will come up with the plot for each episode, too. (I think there will be about 12 episodes in total for a season.)

Requirements for Brainstormer:
Good ideas/Creativity
A vision of what this animated series will be for you.
An example of an agreeable idea.
Amount of brainstormers allowed: 1-7.

Writer:

On Doctor Who, there are a mix of writers for each episode. A writer will have to write each episode for the series in this format:
Bob: Hi
Jake: How are you?

Requirements for Writer:
Excellent writing skills
The best knowledge of each character's personality traits and dialect.
A lot of confidence, hard work, and dedication.
Example of what your writing will look like in an episode. Episode-worthy writing for this animated series wouldn't be a bunch of Doctor Who characters playing a board game, even though it would be fun for a fanfiction!
Amount of writers allowed: 1-7.

Promoter:
A promoter will help advertise the series. A promoter will make a project about the series and make a teaser trailer for it. Each promoter can do a teaser trailer, not just one. You can also help by linking us to your signature (If anybody can design a signature for us that would be great!) I already made a signature!

Requirements for Promoter:
Good at persuading people
Good design skills. (optional if you want to design a signature/teaser trailer, or anything)
Example of how you can persuade somebody
Amount of promoters allowed: 1-10
