I just found out there's such a thing as “Scratch Classes” because I'm taking a computer science course and my teacher sent out a link to join one. However, it's forcing me to make a new account and I'd like to use the username The_Only_Zac, but I registered that username 6 months ago to test some cloud stuff from two separate accounts. Basically, if I delete that account can I re-register it with the same username so I can use it for my course? Thanks.

I don't think so, because if it did it would let people create a account with a username that was deleted and pretend to be them.

Try just changing the name a bit.

Never tried, but very sure that you can never have the same username as a deleted account.

Since you want to use the username “The_Only_Zac,” try changing it to “The_Oniy_Zac” with a capital I instead of an L. I'm afraid that's your only option, though.

Or I believe that if you contact the ST using the Contact Us form, or your teacher contacts them, you might be able to get them to convert that account to a student account.

The reason I wanted to use The_Only_Zac is because it's my username everywhere else on the internet; the only reason it's not on this account is because I made this account ~7 years ago before I started using that username. I guess I'll just have to figure something out.
