I would suggest you to read the sticky topic guides made by other Scratchers. The Scratch Team is the one who stickied it, so it should be accurate. I also would suggest you to experiment with the editor and don't hesitate to as any questions! If you have further questions, try contacting me on my profile.

Hello, skylanderx. As Rumanti said, I suggest reading the stickies, as they are usually stickied for a reason. Additionally, you will run into topics labeled ITopic. These are also important. I suggest checking the Announcements section every once and a while just to see what's happening. You should become fairly familiar with the Scratch editor just by using it a bit, as it's not that hard to figure out. If you ever need help, the Help With Scripts, Questions About Scratch, and Bugs and Glitches forums are good places to start.

-be an active member of Scratch.
This means:
-make lots of projects
-say some stuff on the forums
-comment on other people's projects
Such stuff.
