Sulfurous Player

The Sulfurous Player is a modification of the Phosphorus Player. It works exactly the same, but offers new features such as setting a custom screen resolution, and fixes many bugs of the Phosphorus Player. Some graphic effects also work now.

Short list of bugfixes:

Costumes are switched correctly
Almost all audio works
Touchscreen and mouse support for hybrid devices
Bitmap and vector images are rendered nicely for all screen sizes
Pen does not draw when dragging a costume (correct behavior)
Emty vector images do not cause problems.

Why dont you make the a fork and add pull requests?

If more people tend to ask for it, I may implement that, but I think you might as well make the screen wider and only use as much vertical space as you need… Other aspect ratios might confuse people and would mess up projects if set up incorrectly.

Still, if enough people ask for it, I'm open to suggestions

I will do that at some point, but there are still a few bugs I'd like to fix and new features I'd like to add, and since nothing has happened in the Phosphorus repository for a while now, I might as well keep Sulfurous as a seperate version. Also, some of the features I'm adding could be considered mods for Scratch, so Nathan may not want to commit them. (Is “commit” the right word here?)

I wonder if “lots of people” are all the same person with alt accounts… Isn't it a bit weird that all of them suddenly wanted the same thing at the same time?
