If possible, can we use external programs to make comics?
Can comics be made using the Scratch Editor?
What is the deadline for each comic for a new paper to be finished?
How many panels can a comic be?

4. Any! It just has to fit on one page, and you need to cooperate with the other comic employee about who gets what part.
