but it has a weird icon

so here is how to change it

an .exe that you wan't to change
an .png image you wan't to use

the processes

first go to convertico
upload the .png and download the changed .icon version

drag the .exe on to recourse hacker and it should open

right click the folder on the left side of the window labeled Icon

click replace icon

and select the new .icon file click save as and replace
