I've always wanted to know, who really is Kaj? I see a ton of things like “Kaj is a terrible hacker!!!” and people saying “Kaj is an innocent person who wanted more views.” I really want to know the TRUE story of Kaj.

Kaj was a user who joined back in 2008. He was acting like any average scratcher until one day, he had enough of being obscure and carrying less views. Kaj created a project threatening to destroy Scratch and the ST banned him for inappropriate behavior. Later, rumors were created about him that he hacked several accounts, however they are only myths.

NOTE: Kaj's gender is unspecified.

Kaj was a user who didn't get many views, and so they threatened to destroy scratch. They were banned, but appealed. Eventually, kaj threatened to hack scratch again, and was IP banned. They became a kind of “urban legend” on scratch, and eventually got the reputation of a fearsome hacker, even though they didn't so anything.

Kaj was a user in Scratch who didn't have much followers. Finally one day Kaj had enough, so Kaj created a project and threatened to destroy scratch. Luckily Kaj was reported and banned before any damage was done. The scratch team even gave Kaj a chance to be unbanned again, but Kaj never responded back. Later on, rumors broke out saying Kaj was the reason why many scratcher's account were being hacked. Luckily, this is only a myth. Now a days scratcher's scare one another by saying things like “I will hack you!” to their friends.

I believe that the wiki article explains it quite well, but just so you know:

A few years back, the ST was contacted by a person who claimed to be Kaj. The specificed person (Can't remember the gender.) knew enough about the account to be legitimate. They said that they were surprised that after all these years, their name still carried on to this day.
