EDIT:

1. for some reason, it says I'm using chrome but I'm using MS edge

2. nevermind, flash 22.0 is the newest

what is this issue?
also, the next version of scratch, scratch blocks, will be made by both the MIT and google and work on phones and tablets, so no flash in the next version.
