Second gradient color?
In Scratch, I'm using Bitmap and I want to use the gradient tool. I want black to fade into a gray-black, but it only fades into pure white. Can I change the color it fades into?

Second gradient color?
Down to the left of the color selector there will be two little boxes, the one on top should have black in it and the one underneath should have white. Click the black one, and the two will switch. You can now change the white to any color you'd like. Click again to put the black back on top.

Thank you! I always thought that square was for cases where you used two colors and alternated between them a lot. In early paint programs on the computer, they were originally the foreground color and the background color, the idea being you would draw with the foreground color and erase with the background color. They still are called that in many paint programs.
It was convenient to use them for two color gradients when gradients were introduced to paint programs. However, nowadays a fancy paint program might have a three color gradient or a four color gradient. And instead of just 2 “frequently used” colors there might be 8 or 12 or 16.
