Comments keep disappearing.

Sometimes this happens to me, and sometimes this happens to my friends. They comment on something and then it disappears for a while. Why does this keep happening?

That happens to me as well. It's getting extremely annoying.

So it's almost 2020 and I am new user having this problem. Very frustrating. I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed after this was mentioned waaaay back in 2016. Does anyone else still have this problem?
