If somebody gets banned for an unfair reason, they should appeal.

Blocking accounts is not something that we do lightly. It is done only when necessary to make sure that the Community Guidelines are followed. Usually warnings are sent first before an account is blocked. When the blocked Scratchers contact the Scratch Team and we are satisfied that the Community Guidelines will be followed, the block can be lifted.
