more types of custom blocks and a percentage block

ST, can you add more types of custom blocks? and the variables will only need to be used for values of things like speed and health
like…

<a boolean custom block with inputs <> () [] :: custom>
(a reporter custom block with inputs <> () [] :: custom
a C block <> :: custom cstart

end
a block for custom C blocks to run the script inside with slots like (this :: custom stack):: control
and the ability to add menus to blocks such as [lists v] and [custom things in the menus v] :: custom
and……
define the list (this)
and insert lists and other things into menus like (this) :: list
so you can do things like…..
encode [] into [cloud variable v]
define encode [text] into (variable)
encoding blocks...... :: grey
and allow different colors for custom blocks
like this :: motion
and add a percentage block for things like health bars so people can make health bars with a simple script like (if the health bar used twelve costumes and had a max health of 100 and a current health of 86) this:
when green flag clicked
forever
switch costume to (percentage (12) of (86) max:(100) :: operators)
end

Duplicate?

And support, assuming that
go to x: (100) y: (set x to (0)::custom)
define set x to (num)
set x to (num)
return [100]::custom-arg cap
will go to 0, 100.

yes, with a
report [] :: custom-arg cap
block, and,
if <is (answer) a [number v] :: custom> then
say (join (answer) [is a number!])
end

define is (text) a (text type)
if <(text) < [100000000000000000000]> then
if <(text type) = [number]> then
report true :: custom-arg cap
end
end
and so on...... :: grey
and for the text not being the type of text...... :: grey
report false :: custom-arg cap
or..... :: grey
report <some kind of boolean :: grey> :: custom-arg cap
also I never saw that ST also add C hat blocks and
custom hats :: custom hat

1. For a majority of your first suggestion their is a mega thread for it that you can go ahead and support.
2. Percentage block workaround:

(The way I assume you want it)

set [Percent v] to [((50) * (.01)) ]
Percentages are a decimal value written as an integer. If you want percentages out of something that's not 100… Teach yourself about simplifying fractions. Eventually: 45/100 = 135/300, it can get a little messy with non-rounded numbers or odd numbers. Prime numbers make it even worse.

The workaround for the way you have it in the post:

Multiply: 0.12 * 0.86

I won't teach simple things like simplifying fractions, I understand your school curriculum may have not gone over it.

No support

it would be easier for new users

It would be of little help because most new users are at the age range where:

-They learn about fractions in school
-Will learn about simplifying

If you want the percent:
((is::grey)/(of::grey))
if you want to display the percent:
(join(((is::grey)/(of::grey))*(100))[%])

Support for different colors since then it will be more understandable of what the block does.

You can have decimals in percents, such as 12.5% (aka 0.125)
