If you're the owner of the studio, you'll automatically be the manager. Otherwise, if you don't own the studio, you'll be a curator. Unless you want the owner to change that role, you'll have to ask them or either they will re-invite you as a manager if they trust you - or something like that.

And yes, I think you can delete yourself.
