A Question about Remixes
I have a sort of a complaint about what happened to some of the episodes of my Super Mario Bloopers series.

This user has remixed it without changing a thing. I thought remixing was supposed to make things better/more advanced. But no. Nothing that I know of have has been changed. I just wanted to see what the scratch community thinks of this situation.
Thanks, Janderson01

A Question about Remixes
Remixs are supposed to change or add a personal touch to the game that already is made. What the guy might be doing is remixing the game and claiming that he made it. Although I have nothign to prove this theory.

Please don't use give out links when reporting problems in the forums as it can bring negative attention. (I've edited the links out in the quote above to prevent negative attention) I have a sort of a complaint about what happened to some of the episodes of my Super Mario Bloopers series.

Now, in answer to your question:
A remix is a modified version of another project. But a project that is just merely a copy of another project is not a remix. If someone likes a project, explain to them that they can simply use the favorites button.
Since the remix was just a copy with no changes, it can't qualify as a remix. Therefore, you should report / flag it. When reporting / flagging, be sure to give a link to the original project so that the Scratch Team can compare both projects. If that project was merely a copy of the original one, it will be removed and the remixer will be warned or banned.

A Question about Remixes
Good advice! The only thing I would add is that you might try explaining politely that remixes need show their own ideas and see where that leads. They might just not understand that they can use the Favorites button to get to a project they like. Please don't use give out links when reporting problems in the forums as it can bring negative attention.
