So, it is VERY easy do it by yourself.
Just do:
1. ACTs to spare = SPARE usings to spare.
2. When used ANY act - increase c.sparecounter by 1
3. “When used SPARE but monster don't spared” - decrease c.sparecounter by 1

Remove spare button - I think it isn't hard to do by yourself, BUT I think it will be better if it will be added as custom block.
