This. You Chatrooms are alloud, but only if they have a whitelist. can make a cloud chatroom – the cloud data FAQ is outdated – but, like @Abstract- said, it has to have a whitelist of words you're allowed to say. If a word isn't on the whitelist, the project doesn't post it. Blacklists aren't allowed, because they'd have to contain bad words, and they're not very efficient, anyway – you can be mean without swearing, and you could change the spelling of words to dodge the filter.

This is nicely set out, and I appreciate the work you've put into it already, but I'm afraid it's a little redundant. It makes things less complicated if there aren't lots and lots of FAQs, especially seeing as the stickied topic isn't the only one. We'll see what the moderators say; one of them will find this topic pretty quickly.

It's great that you want to help out your fellow Scratchers with this topic!
However, we have a good number of these FAQ topics (as well as other sources, like the official FAQ page and the Scratch Wiki) already. Maybe you could work with @OmnipotentPotato on extending their topic
https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/55096/
which is already “stickied” at the top of this section? If you don't want to, that's fine - it's just a suggestion

Honestly, I saw all of the ‘April 26’ dates on this topic and thought the dates had been tampered with, but then I saw ‘2016’. I also assumed there was a necropost, but this is a bump, so.. bump

I don't believe this is really necessary, as we have a full FAQ guide stickied and completed at the top.
Nice job, however. It does somewhat explain in a brief and slightly detailed way. Just that there's already a full FAQ guide before this with full detailed explanations and more FAQs.
So in basic, we already have an official FAQ guide and no longer need a newly created one. You can work with the current manager of the FAQ guide @OmnipotentPotato. Just as Mr. Paddle said.
