I am trying to install the Picoboard on some Acer laptops. I have a variety of issues:

1. Installer - I go into Scratch, click on More Blocks, Add an Extension, and download the installer for Chrome along with the helper. When I click on the installer to execute it disappears and doesn't install. When I go into the device manager it shows that the driver is missing.

2. No Installer shows up - I go into into Sratch, click on More blocks, Add an Extension but the panel on the right with the download options does not appear.

I thought the problem might be Windows 8.1 so I upgraded to Windows 10 and have the same two problems.

Any suggestions?
