Blue Screen of... blue?
Whenever I go on the Scratch homepage, I get a blue screen like this:

I wait a few minutes and nothing happens. Anyone else experiencing this?
(NOTE: this is not my normal computer.)
My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 49.0.2623.112, Flash 21.0 (release 0)

Same, when did it start? For me, a couple hours ago…
My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.10.5, Chrome 49.0.2623.112, Flash 21.0 (release 0)
Ugh, 60-sec rule… WHY?

A problem has been detected and Scratch has shut down to prevent damage to your project.
SCRATCH_CAT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Check if the Scratch Cat has ate your projects.
SYSTEM HALT
lol, seriously though, Have you tried clearing your cache? If you don't know what that means, search it up on the Internet.
EDIT: I get it for a split second, then it goes to the homepage.

I note that you are using Chrome 49 as your browser but the minimum specs for Scratch 3.0 are Chrome 63.
From the Scratch FAQ:
https://scratch.mit.edu/info/faq#scratch3
What are the system requirements for Scratch?
Scratch will run in most current web browsers on desktops, laptops and tablets. You can view projects on mobile phones, but currently you are not able to create or edit projects on phones. Below is the list of officially supported browsers.
Desktop
Chrome (63+)
Edge (15+)
Firefox (57+)
Safari (11+)
Internet Explorer is NOT supported.
—————
Note that although Scratch 3.0 may run on older browsers (I don't know if it will or not) it is likely to have some bugs as the Scratch Team may have used features of these releases not available in earlier releases.

Please don't necropost. 3.0 didn't even exist when this was posted (maybe it was in pre-alpha, that's it)Whenever I go on the Scratch homepage, I get a blue screen like this:
