Okay, so I uploaded a project to the old scratch website and its not popping up on the new website.

That's because of the database snapshots and stuff. It won't show up until the final switch. Please read the stickies in all the forums before posting

The Scratch Team copied the databases over, i think on the 26th of jan, to the new beta page. They haven't done anything to ensure that projects uploaded on scratch.mit.edu appear on beta.scratch.mit.edu - think of it as an entirely new database just with data copied over. That's why new profiles created on scratch.mit.edu don't work in beta.scratch.mit.edu :-)
