The dropdown will include a default value (like “message1” for broadcasts) and a “new URL” button. Clicking it will open a dialogue where you can paste/type in a URL, and if the URL isn't in the domain of Scratch then it will notify the user. Otherwise, the URL will appear in the dropdown and will stay there until no occurrences of that URL are in the project (like broadcasts).
The page will open in the page you are playing the project on, so you can't make the project continuously open new tabs using the project stop detector.

Sure But maybe it should be an end block like the delete clone block so it won't be done in a loop. Also, the game should pause, and maybe a warning would pop up so the user knows a link was clicked?

Well, support only if it opens in a new tab, because then the user could never finish the project being played/watched, and if it's a cap block, so nothing can happen after it.

It's already posible to crash a browser with scratch.
