Follower Count

So…..I was trying to think of what the best time to post a project is, and I thought: What if there was a thing on the homepage that said how many of your followers were on scratch at that moment. Then, if 91/100 (this is an example) of your followers are on, that would be a good time to post because they would get the notification.
Support: 3

This seems kind of specific to that one usage, so meh, no support How else would people use this feature? Followers might also slightly feel like this invades their privacy (it hardly does but still).

So all in all an online/offline function for your followers? I don't see much use, and Scratch isn't about followers. Instead post the project on the Show and Tell forum. That'll give it attention!

Actually, from what I've heard, they did use to have one. But people became obsessed with followers, so they took it off.

Support for an online/offline editor on a users' profile, but no support for your suggestion because Scratch is not about popularity.

No support. Why would you need notifications? I mean like - I could do quarter-support if it were like this:

if <(follower amount) = []> then 
notify
end
