The “Suggestions” page is for suggestions to improve Scratch, not Paper Minecraft. If you want to do that, go and put it in a comment in Paper Minecraft.

The “Suggestions” section of the forum is for giving suggestions to improve the Scratch website or Scratch software. If you have a helpful suggestion to improve a certain Scratch project, you can always leave a comment on the project page so the project creator knows about it.
