LS Inc. (Le Scratchers Incorporated) -- CALLING ALL SCRATCHERS, BE PART OF A REVOLUTION ---
Hey guys this is pretty active so could someone like notify me on my profile when we start something because I have an arm injury (aka broke my wrist) and its hard to keep up with you guys… Thanks and I look forward to starting our project. But in the meantime, anyone want me to make some kind of theme song????
-DJ
I'd love a theme song! I don't know if it will be used, you should ask LeScratcher.

-_- Stop this before it becomes a flamewar.…Was about to say. They may be more fun, but they're ineffective. Even if it seems a bit stringent, I think having a three-strikes system would get and keep everyone in shape. When the novelty of “points” wears off, no one will care about what they post anymore.that may be true, but for people like me at least, rankings are a lot funner than warnings, and scratch is supposed to make things fun right? Here's the problem, though. A lot of members are apathetic about the whole ranking system, myself included. I think a better idea would be to give warnings, and if a person got three or more warnings, they are booted from the collab. And they can have their number of warnings decreased / reset after a week or two of appropriate behavior.Followed the studio, and commented on the forum thread. :P
And, please, the spamming thing getting on my nerves. I have to agree with AlphaAxle.
I've been subtracting ranking points like crazy. I can't control it, you do know…
Plus, there are a lot of younger kids in this collab, and when one person starts spamming, it tends to snowball out of control.
True. How about i have both? BTW I don't think ANYONE would enjoy doing hard work and not getting credited.
It's technically plagiarism / theft if you don't credit someone. Even if one has spammed, it's a natural right to be credited for one's work.
It's not, actually. If they join, they agree to my terms, including crediting. And by that, I mean like their name will be on a list nobody reads, not like in a section of the game where the best workers are listed. It's the level of credit. If someone does a lot, they will have a level dedicated to them. Otherwise, since we know no one reads a 100 word notes and credits, their name will go there. If they don't do anything, which is a linear relationship to their maturity in these situations, they won't have credit and they will be kicked out.
yea!

-_- Stop this before it becomes a flamewar. It wasn't a flame war, it was essentially a question written as a statement. :P
And guys, seriously, there's no need to freak out. Just because LeScratcher hasn't posted in half a day doesn't mean that the sun's going to explode. Chill.

Shouldn't producing content be higher priority than fame trade? What about an OS?I have an idea for our first project. It could be called Sausage Run, and it would be a 2D endless runner. The player would be Sammy the Sausage, running and jumping to collect as many mustard/ketchup packets as he can, while trying to jump on his rival, the Hasty Hamburger, who'd randomly appear every once in a while. There could also be a fork/hand that would reach towards the player to try and grab/stab him. We could save the scores with Cloud Data, and use epic vector art!! I'm already working on the art and basic programming a bit, so you could kinda get a general idea of what I'm talking about.
Please quote this comment if you think this is a good idea! Of course, in the end, it's all up to LS.
Cool! I'll add it to my ideas list.
The first will be an 'About LS Inc" project.
It will be big, and include our projects that we did before the OS.
STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE PROJECTS!
FIrst I'm waiting for everyone to follow everything, then ALL will be explained and answered.
Would you rather I just kick everyone out because none of them no what to do? Personally I think the followersofaforumthreaddon't count for “fame”. They're not even shown.

He was suggesting that the only reason I want everyone to follow everything was for ‘fame’. I would just say to follow me then.
No one care about the followers of a studio or forum thread. I want everyone on the same page so that when we start, we ACTUALLY start. I have a life, and I'm busy, as you can tell, so I don't have time to repeat myself to 30 people on their profiles.
