I think inside the “custom block” category you should be able to create different custom blocks, for example in a design like an “if … then” block. This would be very useful, although not vital.

Custom C blocks may be complex to make, since we would need a new “block” data type and a run block to run the stuff inside the C spaces, and they're also kinda unnecessary. Custom reporters and booleans are enough.
