Announcement!

1) We are starting a partnering system! Please post any shops or collaborations that you want us to partner with.

2) We are going to use a new chain of command! Here is how it will work, please give feedback.

Executive Committee
Owner: Has complete control of the shop.
Manager: Also have complete control of the shop and step in when owner is gone.
Co-Manager: Steps in for Manager when they are not there. They also help manager with important stuff.
Director: Can hire and fire members.

Department Heads
Head Artist: Makes sure all artists are active, and controls the art department.
Head Programmer: Makes sure all programmers are active, and controls the programming department.
Head Writer: Makes sure all writers are active, and controls the writing department.

Members
I think we will be using the same system as before for this.
Announcement! (Continued)

Here is how we will decide on the Department Heads and the Executive Committee.

Each person in this shop can say if the would like to become one. I will create a list, and then after a bit I will post it and people will be able to vote. The people with the most votes will be elected. If there is a tie, one of the people will be elected for 48 hours, and then after that, the other person will be elected (again for 48 hours). Then we will have another vote that will decide what one of the candidates was the best at the job.

This chain of command is a mix between all of our partnered shops/collabs.
