my Roland 808 drum machine
ive always wanted to make a drum machine on scratch, so i did! here its is
http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/12881777/
only issue i have with it is that it runs a bit sticky, does anyone have any ideas as to why? is it in my code or is it limitations in scratch?
let me know what you think about it,
thanks for any feedback!

Will get this later today and respond. I made one a long time ago called Cheesy Loops but never posted it. I actually own an old Boss Dr 550 drum machine, I'm old

it seems that it runs ok on lower tempos but starts to get sticky when the tempo goes up

Pretty cool! Good news too, all three projects ran great on my win7 laptop. I even halved the 808 speed to .05 and it still sounded fine.
Oh yeah, I'm using the offline editor. Maybe that makes the difference. Guess you'd have to try it for comparison.
But as far as your projects go, now you just need to add savable patterns as lists so people can write entire songs. These REALLY makes me want to go back and redo my old app!! Very cool
