If you want to be a counselor you have to meet the requirements:
-At Scratcher status
-Older than 6 months
-Has at least 20 shared programs
-Has at least 2 studios curated
-Has profile comments unlocked
-Is following me
-At least followed by 3 people
-Has an appropriate behavior
-Also, submits an application saying why you want to be a counselor and how it would help me and the camp.
