How To Build Up A Good Reputation (On Scratch)

I actually wouldn’t recommend telling people to view your projects (even with a please) because that counts as advertising, and it’s very annoying. I think it’s fine if you do something like, Hey! I really like your art, and since I’m hosting a DTA (draw to adopt) would you be interested? Thanks!

So what, advertising , If i dont advertise it no one will because no one doesnt want to spend his time on forums,…So excuse me but even i am advertising what will i get from it? Few views? Big deal! This people in scratch are very ungrateful on good project, they dont even want to feature it, they just want to put bad project on front page not knowing that there are some very good projects.I spend a 2 years in scratch and what? I made huge and hard coding games so no one will see it or feature it.All my effort gone for nothing. So thanks for proposition of advertising, you are very awesome!!!

I agree, everyone is advertising but someone admits and someone doesnt.Alex admits so what? Even you Belataphe advertise your project somewhere and we are no complaining. What will he get indeed if he is advertising, views? And how much is it worthy? So anyway i think you two should agree with each other Be honest
say [Yay!]

How To Build Up A Good Reputation (On Scratch)

This is a great guide. I think Nearly all of us know how hard it is to get noticed in scratch. And although scratch isn’t about fame, it’s important to get feedback from people to get better at it. Thanks for your awesome help!

Funny thing about the ‘effort being noticed’… have you seen the first thing that comes up when you search ‘untitled’?

Seriously. Look at the views. Then the comments.

'Reputation is not all about fame - It's also about simply being a good friend.' I agree with that statement. Getting feedback yourself lets others know you don't take your followers (or anyone) for granted. Scratch On!

Eh, the system's not very balanced, so if you wanna get famous, ask a dank memer or @the why they've got too many followers.
