I am using Ubuntu 12.04 64bit. Sadly I read in http://scratch.mit.edu/scratch2download/ that

The Scratch Team … the beta version of the Scratch 2 Offline Editor is now available. This version will work on Mac, Windows, and some versions of Linux (32 bit)..

When can I expect a Scratch 2-version for my system, i.e., Linux (Ubuntu) 64bit?
