Ok, so a lot of people have been bumping these lately, and I was wondering…. is Itopic a status declared by the ST or can anybody make one? Thanks!

The ST ‘declares’ something as an ITopic when they put it in the index (hence the name indexed-topic). Then they edit ITopic into the post title so every body knows what it is.
If you have a helpful topic, you can report it and request it to be reviewed for an ITopic.
