My best friend named (removed by moderator - please don't name names) i reported him because his brother hacked into his account and i thought it was him scratch team please help me please

Ask your friend to use the “Contact Us” feature (if you go to the bottom of the page, it will be under “Support”). He can explain what happened to the Scratch Team, and they will both discuss a solution.

It's really up to your friend to contact the Scratch Team and sort things out. They can do this by using the Appeals section of the page they see when they go to Scratch with a blocked account.
