What is City Cast?
Introduction
City Cast is a brand new city simulation game that has been in development for a year. Whilst there's still work to do, we're getting close to the final release. I've found the original development blogs that I released last November, and have decided to re-release them, along with some new blogs that will be coming up shortly.

Gameplay
Your goal as the city planner is to design a city that can cram many people, jobs, tourists, and even drillers as possible into the space provided! Don't worry, the space provided is 10000 tiles in size! Encase you're wondering, one section of a road is equal to one tile, therefore you could have up to 10000 road tiles if you wanted.

Possibilities
It's possible to fit 1650 apartments in your city. Under the current code, 2000 people can live in an apartment! That's a maximum of 3300000 people! Plus, there will be some leftover tiles along the edges of the map (the apartments don't perfectly fit) leaving another row of housing. A house can hold 4 people, so if there's one row of 100 tiles, then you can fit another 400 people in! That's 3300400 people! Obviously there would be no room for fire protection, or indeed any other buildings, so you'd have to measure up whether it's worth it to build a city like this or not.
