Type Of Art - Signatures, thumbnails, logos etc. Basically, any piece of art you'd like the order to be on. Signatures will probably be the best quality as that is what I specialise in.
Header - What you'd like the art to say, mark “None” if you wouldn't want anything. Make sure your main header is not too long and please take into consideration the size of your font and the dimensions of your art as some fonts are extremely big and will not fit into smaller dimensions.
Dimensions - 600 X 400, 720 X 150 etc. Please don't include something crazy like 10000 X 100000 as a lot of editors will not be able to achieve this. Also (as previously mentioned) please make sure, if you specify a font, it is small enough to be visible in whatever dimensions you specified.
Theme - Sadness, gaming, winter etc. Please try not to be too vague but most artists will be able to interpret your order.
Miscellaneous - Fonts, extra writing etc. Go crazy on this one, if you want an extremely specific art-piece, be sure to include every feature. If you really want to see the artist's interpretation of your description, feel free to leave this area blank or hardly specify.

Type of script - This could be anything from a custom block to a list. Please specify the exact category of blocks you'd like to be used for example “Data” or “Looks”. Also be sure to specify more if you can for example “More blocks > Extensions > PicoBoard”.
Project - This is the project you want to be fixed or that contains the script that you'd like to be edited. Please attempt to provide a working link to the project and if this is impossible, provide the exact name of the project. If there is no project, mark this as “None”.
Fix/Purpose: This is what you want the script to do when it's created. If you want a fix, please specify both the bug and what you want to be happening. It is important that you are as specific as possible for this area.
Miscellaneous - Anything else. If you've filled out the above areas properly, this shouldn't really be needed but in some circumstances, this may be needed.

Type Of Music - This can be the genre of the music piece (or if it is a sound effect, the sound it is supposed to be based on). If you are unsure, a few genres are: dubstep, pop, classical, rock etc.
Tempo - This is the speed of the music. If you're familiar with units of measurement in music, you can give this answer in BPM but if you're not, feel free to say “slow”, “fast” etc. Try to make sure your tempo doesn't conflict with the genre you specified previously as slow dubstep or fast smooth jazz don't really go together well.
Theme - The theme is any emotion or message you want the music to give off. Once again, please be sure to pick a genre appropriate for this theme as it is near-impossible to make “unsettling smooth jazz”.
Length - You can give your answer in seconds or minutes. Feel free to give words such as “short”, “long” and “regular” but please remember that the composer's interpretation of “long” may be different to yours.
Miscellaneous - Anything extra, once again. If you want lyrics, you can put them there but please remember that there aren't many people willing to sing a song for an order.

Evidence - This is the evidence to support the topic. Please attempt to find a solid link or if this is impossible, the name of the evidence (although please keep in mind that if it requires a google search, there is a very minuscule chance of a member finding it. It's absolutely fine if you cannot find any solid evidence to support your topic, feel free to mark this as “None.” and one of our laborious members will find you some evidence themselves.
Length - You can specify this in characters, words, sentences, paragraphs, pages or however you see fit. Please remember that most workers have busy lives and cannot always finish a 47 page essay on the economic, cultural and political effects of war.

Scene - This is the scene to support the story. This may be given in an emotion or an overall setting for whatever is happening. Be sure to specify the emotions of all characters, the background's overall look and the impression on the reader. Please make sure this matches the circumstance as a “epic battle” in a “quiet and peaceful environment” may not go together well.
Length - You can specify this in characters, words, sentences, paragraphs, pages or however you see fit. Please remember that most workers have busy lives and cannot always finish a 472 page book on the life and struggle or Aeris in his adventures across Earth.

Skills- These are the skills you'd like your role in Vitae to focus on. This could be about anything from art to voice-acting. Feel free to specify your strengths and weaknesses in said areas.
Evidence - This is the evidence to support your skills. Please attempt to find a solid link or if this is impossible, the name of the evidence (although please keep in mind that if it requires a search, there is a smaller chance of a member finding it. It's absolutely fine if you cannot find any previously existing evidence to support your skill if you can complete a small task to show your skill.
Activity - This is how active and dedicated you are to Vitae and also to Scratch. If you have any time-table problems, be sure to specify them here so you're not rushed when the day comes.
Miscellaneous - Pretty much anything else you want to specify. Let us get to know you as a person so we can treat you like a friend, instead of a colleague.

After you have applied, you gain a spot in the members list. These are the guidelines:

• When you apply, you gain a place in the training area. For training, look here.

• Every month, a vote between candidates of my choice begins. Only 2 of these candidates can gain a space in the Inner Circle. At the end of that month, 2 more candidates are picked for a spot. To be legible for a space after I have picked you, you must make some sort of campaign (through a forum post or project).

• If an Inner Circle member is inactive, they will either be substituted for the candidate that came 3rd in votes or for somebody of my choice. For inactivity, see Ts&Cs.

• If a trainee graduates from CCCC with a degree in their respective strongest aspect or customer service they are allowed to pass through training. However, this may be declined if I feel as if the trainee was not properly trained.

• I may consult with the Inner Circle in a vote if I am unsure about something.

• You cannot jump from Trainee to Inner Circle.

Ts&Cs

There are certain terms and conditions necessary for all parties' to have a excellent experience with Vitae Requests. This includes rules for:

• Completing Orders
• Ordering
• Taking Orders
• Workers

Completing Orders

• Ensure the order is completed to the best of your ability.
• Make sure you follow the instructions left by the customer.
• Make sure the customer is alerted once finished. Most customers do not follow the thread so use their profile or a project to alert them.
• If the customer asks for the order to be changed, please attempt to fulfill their request.

Ordering

• Please clearly specify every aspect of your order to minimise the risks of misunderstandings and misinterpretations.
• Please be polite when queried on your order and asked to clarify.
• If an order is not completed to your personal standard and idealism, please help reconstruct the order properly through constructive criticism.


Taking Orders

• Please ensure everybody concerned is alerted when you take an order.
• Please do not take an order that has already been taken in a short time span.
• If the customer wants to change any aspects of their order, please consider the possibility of this fitting into your already completed product.


Workers

• If you are inactive, you will be cut. If you are active, you will be promoted.
• Every few months, an election will be held for two new directors with up to 5 candidates.
• You cannot go from the training system to the board of directors.
• If you're inactive in the board of directors, the next placed nominee will take your place.

Skills:
Reviewing - This is what I do in most other shops. I'm pretty good at reviewing.
Scripting - I'm okay at scripting, although some of the more advanced features (pen, cloud data) I find more difficult to use.
Evidence:
For Scripting: I'm still pretty proud of this, even though the art is horrible.
For Reviewing: I'm not sure really how I can prove that I'm good at reviewing. Although, I'm an SDS curator, SWC curator, and former FPC, so I've had to review many projects in all of these roles.
