This is the topic where our dedicated trainer, TheHockeyist, (Formerly Crimson19) trains our members until they are ready to be released to a higher rank and complete orders.
This is also the topic where we discuss cuts, guidelines, member ranks, etc.

Cut Rules
1. If you are inactive for more than 2 weeks, you will be lowered a rank. If you are inactive another week, you will be cut.
2. If you steal music from anywhere, you will be cut.
3. If you try to take over the collab while I am still founder, you will be banned from Tropical Waves for 5 months
4. If you try to take an order with your alt account and pretend to not be that account, you will be cut

Break Policies
1. You have 2 weeks of break per month. If you take more than that, it will be taken out of the next month.
2. If you are inactive for more than 2 months, even while on break, you will be cut.
3. The Board Of Directors do not have to take breaks

Break Log

Training System
1. TheHockeyist will train the trainees in his training program.
2. If you get 5 demerits, you will be cut.
3. If you get 5 merits, you will be promoted.

Member Ratings

Elder:The Rating of members in the Board of Directors, members with this rank cannot be cut
Dedicated(A):Shows high dedication and activity.
Active(B):Shows activity on the forums
Regular(C):Is somewhat active
Inactive(D):Is soon to be cut

This page is required to be read to complete initiation for new members.

Here's how the training will go:

I will give you basic challenges that test how well you would respond to certain events and incidents in the shop. You must reply with how you would react in accordance with the challenges.

If your answer is satisfactory and follows TW's ethics, you shall gain 1 credit. If your answer isn't satisfactory or is against TW's ethics (but not both), you shall gain nothing. If your answer isn't satisfactory AND goes against TW's ethics, you shall lose 1 credit.

You need 10 credits to leave the training system and be fully integrated in TW.

initialize sequence (24) so [object 3 v] moves to x (156) y (231) ::control
reveal [final answer v] and stop running this script ::events cap

I think that would be too much to keep track of. Occam's razor, everyone. Simple is better.
