I have a copy of BlockX that I'm using as a starting point. However I have not uploaded it yet. I'm trying to figure out how to change skins. And I need a programmer

There's a topic on the 1.4 forum archives on how to change the skin and add categories here.

Generation 379: the first time you see this copy and paste it on top of your sig in the scratch forums and increase generation by 1. Social experiment.

Really cool! it is going to have a Animation tab, for easy animating! I will upload a photo on the first post of an idea what it will look like as far as the controls. Some new blocks will be added. For instance:
-go to website
-work in some cloud variables
-cloud lists(if we can)
-set upload to data base on a website I'm making
-timeline configuration(as part of the animating side of scratch)

maybe some more stuff along the way such as SAVING AS .APK or .APP but that would be a little more complex I THINK. I'm not a programmer but I can make some good art. Thanks for replying and comment below for updates and questions. Thanks so much!

Oh and for what we will be calling it, “Visionare 2D”

So! I will have the first version of the program up SOON! I'm editing it now and it is a Browser editor and it is programmed in JavaScript. I know javascript better the squeek so this will be way better!

Are you gonna give up squeak?
So are you starting fresh(Javascript) or are you trying to do whatever in Squeak,
because Blockx is written in squeak.

I'm not using Blockx as a template to start. I am using SOME ideas from it but it will be in JavaScript

You didn't say anywhere that it is based on Snap! The topic name says it is a Scratch 1.4 mod.
