You can't.
Don't use capitals like that. It's ok at the start of sentences, but not LIKE THIS. It's considered a) shouting and b) rude.

Modified versions of Scratch were mostly done on the Squeak-based version of Scratch (1.4 and earlier). With version 2.0, Scratch is now Flash-based - we are still in the process of making it extensible. It's on the to-do list though.
