when I make a project with the webcam, it never works on my computer. I can see myself, but the sprites won't interact with it. the webcam does work on other people's projects. I looked at the scrips and it was the same as mine.

Well if there are the same scripts, then nothing really should be going different, unless you're Flash Player is out of date. So most likely there is something different between their projects and yours. Could you show your scripts as well as the project that you're looking at?
