Hey everyone. I am pretty new to Scratch. I just signed up a couple of days ago and am working on some projects that will be shared to the public soon! I used Scratch but decided it would be nice to have my work saved so I signed up! I already know a lot about Scratch but if anyone has any tips or things to help me out fell free to tell me! Thanks!

Hi and welcome to Scratch!
Here're some tips for you:

• If you use the effect blocks especially the color and ghost effect the project will probably be laggy. (maybe not at your computer but on others)
  
• Sometimes it is faster to create a block in the more block section. That'll make some things faster
  
• If you want a sprite to move backward or move layers to the front and not back write in negative numbers in the appropriate blocks.
  For example:

  move (-10) steps 

  go back (-5) layers

• Cloud data won't work in your Projects until you're a scratcher
