Pink flash glitch

Have you ever goten a pink glitch? WHY DOSE IT HAPPEN? I get it when im in vector can you help?

A pink rectangle? It's an image that's trying to update it seems. It's a well-known glitch; don't worry.

Refreshing brings the picture back - I think the pink rectangle means it was unable to render. It's still there, though. No data is lost.
